Sure is funny how the government has never repealed a tax it has created. I mean was income tax instituted to fund WW1. Last time I checked that war has been over for years. What about the 1812 war and the tax instituted for that war, how many years has that been. One thing the government is good at doing is taxing and spending. Of course why wouldn't they be, we let them do it all day long. Why is it the government taxes things like fuel (gas) tabacco and alcohol so heavily. Is it because of the revenue it generates from them.
