		<description>It is clear they have no choice but to do one of the above. How many people would cash in their IRAs and take the 40% tax penalty just to gain control of their money? That would be an interesting pie chart I would like to see. I bet they would prevent that first.</description>

		<description>Now that would really piss me off if I saved and saved and saved my whole life for the day to retire and to find out that there is indeed no money in my account.  Or that I would have to use my money first and &quot;maybe&quot; get Social Security.  The whole reason that I have been saving for retirement is because we all know that we can live on just social security alone.   

I really hope it does not come to this.....</description>
